Description
You'll have a unique combination of professional challenges, variety, and travel as an Air Force doctor, setting you apart from other medical professionals.
Your responsibility is to provide primary care to Air Force personnel in order to maintain their health and fitness, contributing to the peak performance of our air defense capabilities. You'll use your newly gained specialized knowledge in fields like aerospace medicine and aeromedical evacuation in a deployed setting.
You will play a vital role in the delivery of occupational and preventive medical services, including the ongoing evaluation of employees' physical and emotional health.

Additionally, as an Air Force officer, you'll receive training to develop into an inspirational leader and mentor who is skilled at managing people and interacting with them. You'll also gain a thorough understanding of Air Force attitudes, values, and military regulations and procedures.
Salary:
You'll start out with a nice income and be paid to train for and acquire the necessary abilities. You might earn $122,508 year plus 16.4% superannuation upon completing your basic military training and initial work training, and as you advance, your pay grows.
Location
After completing your training in East Sale, Victoria, and Edinburgh, South Australia, you might be sent to any Australian Air Force Base or even one overseas.
